If any parts are broken or lost during assembly, we offer a part replacement service.

Simply fill out the form, and we will process requests weekly.

Please note that replacement parts damaged during assembly will incur a shipping fee.

Please Note:

If you discover any missing or damaged parts upon opening the package, we’ll gladly replace them free of charge.

For parts damaged during assembly, we suggest trying to repair them with glue, as this often resolves the issue. If the part cannot be repaired or has been lost, contact us for a replacement. You’ll only need to cover the shipping fee, and the replacement part(s) will arrive within 2-3 weeks.
