1. كم تكلفة الشحن بالجملة؟
للطلبات التي تزيد قيمتها عن ١٠٠٠ يورو، نشحنها مجانًا. أما للطلبات التي تقل قيمتها عن ١٠٠٠ يورو، فتُضاف رسوم شحن قدرها ٦٠ يورو.
Please note that the Nordic countries require a minimum of €3000 for free shipping.
2. ماذا لو كانت بعض الأجزاء مكسورة أو مفقودة؟
إذا تعرضت بعض الأجزاء للكسر أو الضياع أثناء التجميع، فيمكننا أن نقدم لك خدمة استبدال الأجزاء.

6. Does Robotime ship internationally?
Yes, our overseas warehouse is located in the Czech Republic, serving customers across Europe.
