For orders over 1000 €, we ship free of charge. For orders below 1000 €, we charge a shipping fee of 60 Euros.

2. What if some parts are broken or lost ?

If some parts are broken or lost during the assembly, we can offer you part replacement service.

3. Is there a minimum purchase requirement ?

We have no specific minimum purchase requirements, if you are interested in our products, please contact us.

4. How to get the samples ?

For B2B wholesale customers, please contact us with your company information, company name and company email. Our salesman will contact you within 2 working days.

5. Can I custom branded product packaging ?

We provide specialized customization services, whether it is packaging or logo, we can try to meet your business needs.

6. Where can I see the physical exhibit ?

Robotime participate in global fairs every year (Fair and show in Nuremberg, Frankfurt, New York, Moscow, HK, China mainland, etc.) Please contact us for the latest fair information and to see our physical products at your local fair.

7. Does Robotime ship internationally?

Yes, Robotime ships worldwide, while Robotime Russia focuses solely on Russian collaborations. Shipping fees apply and will be added at checkout. Stay tuned for ongoing discounts and promotions. For inquiries outside of Russia, please contact our global wholesale team at sales@robotime.com.
