ROKR Jellyfish DIY Model 3D Puzzle MI09
Something stirs in the blue silence. Awaken the Jellyfish and send it drifting into the black, a biomimetic beacon that patrols the deep without ever touching the bottom. Its body reads less like a model and more like a machine that grew. The streamlined metal canopy wears a ring of pulse emitters and an alloy guard rail, bringing a striking mechanical feel to the creature, with a pheromone emitter set flush in the shell as one more biomimetic detail. At the center of the translucent bell, the energy core glows in stages and washes light outward through the gradient shell with every breath. Of course, the highlight is the tentacles. Titanium alloy neural tentacles rotate in segments, each on its own axis, so the whole silhouette hovers and drifts. In motion, four light states pass across the core and the tentacle tips, tracing the moods of a living ocean creature, from a slow cruising breath to a quickening alert glow. Built from 157 pieces in about two hours, the finished ROKR Jellyfish rests ready on its base, a piece of retrofuturistic marine life for any desk or shelf.
