1. How much is the wholesale shipping ?
1000 €'nun üzerindeki siparişlerde ücretsiz gönderim yapıyoruz. 1000 €'nun altındaki siparişlerde 60 Euro'luk bir gönderim ücreti alıyoruz.
Please note that the Nordic countries require a minimum of €3000 for free shipping.
2. What if some parts are broken or lost ?
Montaj esnasında parçalardan herhangi biri kırılırsa veya kaybolursa parça değişimi hizmeti sunabiliyoruz.

Robotime participate in global fairs every year (Fair and show in Nuremberg, Frankfurt, New York, Moscow, HK, China mainland, etc.) Please Bize Ulaşın for the latest fair information and to see our physical products at your local fair.
6. Does Robotime ship internationally?
Yes, our overseas warehouse is located in the Czech Republic, serving customers across Europe.
